✔ Learn How to Protect Extra Virgin Olive Oil

We show you the “enemies” of olive oil such as light, heat, and oxygen, and we teach you practical ways to preserve its flavor, aroma, and valuable nutritional properties.

✔ Olive Oil Tasting Experience

Your tour concludes with a guided olive oil tasting, where you can try different varieties and learn to recognize their unique aromas and characteristics.
The tasting is accompanied by:

  • fresh traditional bread

  • olives from our own grove

  • homemade olive paste
